Figure Description:

Cobra B.A.T. (version 3) was released as part of the eighteenth series (2002), carded in a two-pack with Shipwreck (v5).

Accessories:

Cobra B.A.T. came with an olive brown Sound Attack harpoon rifle, a black backpack, a silver chest plate, and a graphite machine gun.

The packaging also included a color background.

Variations:

The earliest released Cobra B.A.T. figures included a graphite machine gun with a handle that is too short for the figure to hold it properly. The accessory shown has the larger handle.

Some versions of the carded figure two-pack came with a sticker promoting the G.I.Joe cartoons on Cartoon Network.

Body Construction:

Cobra B.A.T. (version 3) has an entirely new body sculpt. Cobra B.A.T. does not have the arm swivel at the bicep like all other concurrently released figures.

Note the return of the O-ring design absent from earlier new figures from 2002.
