Some versions of the carded figure two-pack came with a sticker promoting the G.I.Joe cartoons on Cartoon Network.

The carded two-pack was also available in special plastic packaging with a free bonus figure of either Duke (v10) or Cobra Commander (v12) as a K-Mart Exclusive Bonus Pack.

General Tomahawk was also available loose with the carded two-pack of Mirage (v2) and Viper (v6) as a K-Mart Exclusive Bonus Pack.

Body Construction:

General Tomahawk was created from the same mold as Talking Battle Commander General Hawk (v2) (1991). The mold was also shared with General Tomahawk (2000).
