Sure Fire came with a black rifle, a black handgun, a black backpack, and a black figure stand.

Variations:
No variations of Sure Fire are known to exist.
Some versions of the carded figure two-pack came with a sticker promoting the G.I.Joe cartoons on Cartoon Network.
The carded two-pack was also available in special plastic packaging with a free bonus figure of either Mirage (v2) or Cobra Viper (v6) as a K-Mart Exclusive Bonus Pack.
Sure Fire was also available loose with the carded two-pack of Big Ben (v4) and Cobra Alley Viper (v5) as a K-Mart Exclusive Bonus Pack.

Body Construction:
The same mold was used to create Shockwave (v3) (1992).
The chest, arms, legs, and waist were used to create Sure Fire (2001).
