Dr. Mindbender (version four) was released as part of the nineteenth series (2003), carded in a two-pack with Dart (v2).

Dr. Mindbender (version four) was also released in 2003 with a Mission Disc as part of the second series.

Mission Disc

The Mission Disc version of Dr. Mindbender came with a maroon vinyl cape, a pair of gold revolvers, and a brown knife.

The Mission Disc pack also included Mission Disc 2 (2nd series), featuring two episodes of the cartoon, a game, and a comic. The same disc was also included with the Mission Disc version of Roadblock (v9).
