This was the only version of Scalpel ever released.
Accessories:
Scalpel came with two silver carry hooks, a white face mask, a green head wrap, a brown knife, a brown rifle, a silver cutting saw, and a red set of shoulder pads with white paint.
Variations:
The earliest release of Scalpel have a head that has flesh colored paint (left) on it. Later releases have the head molded in flesh colored plastic (right).
Also, the earliest version of Scalpel only came with one of the silver carry hooks instead of two
Body Construction:
Scalpel is made from an entirely new body sculpt.
The head of this figure were used to create Tomax (v4) (2003) and Xamot (v4) (2003).
