Dragonsky was only available at the 2005 G.I.Joe Convention "Heroes in Action" in Minneapolis, MN as part of the Steel Brigade Command set. The set included Gung Ho, Steel Brigade Commander, their respective file cards, and a Collector's Club Flyer.

Dragonsky came with a black helmet, a black backpack, a silver flamethrower, red flames, and a clear display stand.

While the bulk of Dragonsky uses the same mold as Blast Off (1993), the torso was first released in 1994 as Duke v6.
