Firefly (version 12) was released in a three-pack as part of the twenty-first series (2005).. The pack also included Scrap Iron (v3), Serpentor (v3), and a reprint of issue forty-nine of the comic book.

Body Construction:

Firefly (v12) was created from the same body as the original Firefly (1984). The mold was also used to create Firefly (v4) (1998), Firefly (v5) (2000), Firefly (v7) (2002),  Wreckage (2003), Firefly (v8) (2003), Firefly (v9) (2003), Firefly (v11) (2004), and Firefly (v13) (2005). The head is an entirely new sculpt.
