Flak-Viper (v3) was released with the Operation Flaming M.O.T.H. set 2 of 4: Desert Theater set. This set was available through the Official G.I. Joe Collectors Club as a part of the twenty second series (2006).

The set included :

Body Construction:

Range-Viper (v3) is made using the entire body mold of Range-Viper v1 (1990), Rock-Viper (v2) (1993), and Skull Buster (2002).
