While available through some on-line vendors at the end of 2005, Tommy Arashikage is considered a part of the twenty second series (2006). Initially this figure was only available through as DTC (Direct to Consumer), but was later released in Toys R Us stores.

The figure was included in a Comic 3 Pack, reprinting Marvel's Issue 26. The pack included the following:
