Figure Description:

Chuckles (version two) was released with the Operation Flaming M.O.T.H. set 3 of 4: Pacific Theater set along with Shipwreck (v10). This set was available through the Official G.I. Joe Collectors Club as a part of the twenty third series (2007).

Body Construction:

Chuckles (version two) was created using the the mold originally used to create Heavy Duty (v1) (1991) and the head from Chuckles (v1) (1987). Note that while the head is nearly identical to Chuckles (v1), the head is an entirely new sculpt.
