Destro (version 15a) was an exclusive figure to the 2007 Comic Con International, as well as the 2007 Official G.I. Joe Convention. He was released to celebrate the 25th Anniversary of G.I. Joe: A Real American Hero. An additional Destro exclusive was available with a gold head.
