Figure Description:

Gung Ho (version eighteen) was released in G.I. Joe Battle Pack #1, a five pack which also includes Scarlett, Duke, Snake Eyes, and Roadblock to celebrate the 25th Anniversary of G.I. Joe: A Real American Hero. The set also included a G.I. Joe Logo music box.

Gung Ho (version eighteen) was later released with the fourth wave of single packs celebrating the 25th Anniversary of G.I. Joe: A Real American Hero.

Variations:

Early Gung Ho figures had an anchor sculpted onto the hat. Later carded Gung Ho figures had this detail removed.

Early Gung Ho figures had the wide "diaper crotch" design. This was later changed to the narrower waist peice which allowed for more flexibility and easier posing.

The Battle Set box has two different plastic insert versions, resulting in different poses of the figure in box.

Gung Ho was later released carded.
