Hard Master was released with the sixth wave of comic packs in 2008. The pack also included Snake Eyes (v38) and an original issue of G.I. Joe, issue 10.

Hard Master came with a white headband, a white mask, a white bow, a silver arrow, a white and silver sword, a black sheath with white string, and a black display stand.
