Dreadnok Torch (version 3) was released with the second wave of comic packs in 2008 celebrating the 25th Anniversary of G.I. Joe: A Real American Hero. The pack also included Dreadnok Ripper (v6), a reprint of issue 30 of the Marvel series, and a mail-in redemption offer for "Operation: Rescue Doc".
