Figure Description:

Air Viper Commando (version 2) was released with the F.L.A.K. Cannon vs. Cobra C.L.A.W. in 2009 as part of an internet-exclusive wave of vehicles. The set also included Stuart "Outback" Selkirk (v6).

Air-Viper (version 2) was later released in the Defense of Cobra Island box set in 2009. The set also included Alley-Viper (v11), B.A.T. (v21), Dr. Mindbender (v6), Lamprey (v5), Night Creeper (v11), and Range-Viper (v4).

Variations:

The Air-Viper in the "Defense of Cobra Island" box set has a different flesh tone and a different shade of red. Additionally, the figure came with an different black display stand.

Body Construction:

Air Viper Commando (version 2) was created using the torso, waist, and upper legs of Capt. Ace (2008) and the upper arms and hands of Snow Job (v3) (2008) with a new head, lower arms, lower legs, and feet.
