Spc. Altitude was released in the Assault on Cobra Island box set in 2009. The set also included Chuckles (v3), Hit and Run (v2), Outback (v7), Recondo (v6), Wet-Suit (v10), and Zap (v5).
In 2009, Freefall was renamed "Spc. Altitude". So while there are multiple names, they are all based on the character "Freefall".
Spc. Altitude came with a black helmet, a black air mask, a green parachute, a black rifle, and a black display stand.

Spc. Altitude was created using the head of Red Star (v2) (2008), the torso and waist of Viper (v16) (2008), the arms of Sgt. Airborne (v3) (2008), the upper legs of Dusty (v12) (2008), and the lower legs of Capt. Ace (2008).
