Destro (v2) was released as part of the seventh series (1988), packaged exclusively with the Destro's Despoiler hoverjet. He was also sold in 1988, then was discontinued domestically in 1989.

Destro's body is completely original - all new body parts. No parts were ever used to create other figures.

Note that there is a cloth red cape permanently attached to Destro's back.
