Windchill was first released as part of the eighth series (1989), packaged exclusively with the Arctic Blast tundra assault sled. He was also sold in 1990, then was discontinued domestically in 1991.

Versions of Windchill:

• Version One (1989)
• Version Two (1994)

Accessories:

Windchill came with a black rifle and two black skis.

Variations:

No known variations of Windchill are known to exist.

Body Construction:

Windchill's body is completely original - all new body parts.

Windchill's entire body was later re-used in 1994 to create Windchill (v2).
