Figure Description:

Cobra Ninja Viper was first available as a mail-in offer from Hasbro Direct in 1992. He was discontinued domestically in 1993.

Versions of Ninja Viper:

This was the only version of Ninja Viper ever made.

Accessories:

Ninja Viper came with two light gray swords.

The swords were originally available colored silver with Jinx.

Variations:

Many Ninja Vipers came with dark gray swords (pictured above), instead of the light gray swords. In addition, some Ninja Vipers came with no swords at all.

As for the figure itself, the Cobra logo on its chest has been seen in very dark red, bright red, and light red. Neither version is more difficult to find than another.

Body Construction:

Ninja Viper's body was originally used for the original Storm Shadow (1984) and later used to make Storm Shadow (v5) (1997), Red Ninja Viper (2004), and Black Dragon Ninja (2004).
