Figure Description:
Blanka was released boxed with the Street Fighter Beast Blaster in the twelfth series (1993) as part of Capcom's Street Fighter 2 subset.
He was discontinued domestically in 1994.

A Street Fighter Movie version of Blanka was released in 1994, but the Street Fighter Movie figures are not considered G.I.Joe figures.

Body Construction:
While Blanka had a new head, the chest, arms, waist, and legs were originally used to create Road Pig (1988).
