Figure Description:

Chun Li was released boxed with the Street Fighter Beast Blaster in the twelfth series (1993) as part of Capcom's Street Fighter 2 subset.

She was discontinued domestically in 1994.

A Street Fighter Movie version of Chun Li was released in 1994, but the Street Fighter Movie figures are not considered G.I.Joe figures.

Accessories:

Chun Li came with no accessories.

Variations:

There are no known variations of Chun Li.

Body Construction:

While Chun Li's head was new, the rest of Chun Li was created using the mold of Scarlett (v2) (1993). The entire Chun Li mold was also used to create the other Chun Li (1993).

Chun Li's body was designed with a "whirlwind kick." Chun Li's spring-loaded right leg could be pushed back, then released, causing it to spring forward in a kicking motion.

Note that Chun Li has two cloth ribbons attached to her right hip.
