Blizzard (version 2) is a complete repaint made from the 1993 version of Frostbite (version 3).

Blizzard (version 2) was supposed to be a repaint of Blizzard (version 1) from 1988 - but at the last minute, Hasbro used the mold from Frostbite (version 3) to create this figure.
