Figure Description

Cerebro is an exclusive figure that was available carded in Brazil by the Estrela Toy Company. The figure was released around 1996.

Cerebro came with a yellow rifle, a black missile launcher, and a yellow missile.

The figure is made from the exact same mold of Mace (1993).
