This version of Mutt was an exclusive figure that was available carded in Europe in 1991.

Accessories:
Mutt came with a dark gray helmet, dark gray Ingram Mac-11 submachine gun with silencer, dark gray night stick, black leash, dark gray facemask, and dark gray dog "Junkyard".
The accessories are recolored versions of the ones included with Mutt (1984).
