This version of Incinerator was an exclusive figure that was made available in India by the Funskool toy company. It was produced in 2003.

Accessories:

Incinerator came with a light blue flame projector gun, a green backpack, a black missile, and a 3-part catapult.

The figure is made from the mold of the domestic release of Incinerators (1991).
