Figure Description

This version of Windmill was an exclusive figure that was made available in India by the Funskool toy company. It was produced in 2004, yet does not have any date stamp.

Accessories:

Windmill came with a black revolver, a windmill propeller backpack, and a yellow battle stand.

Variations:

Some versions of Windmill came with a yellow backpack with purple blades.

Body Construction:

The figure is made from the mold of the domestic release of Windmill (1988).
