Other Types of G.I.Joe Figures
While YOJOE.COM is devoted to the 3 3/4" G.I.Joe action figures, there're many other types of G.I.Joe figures that have been produced over the years by Hasbro.

1964-1976: Original G.I.Joe
The original - scaled at 12" tall, these G.I.Joe figures included realistic accessories and features like "Kung Fu Grip" and "Eagle Eyes".

1977/1978 : Super Joe
G.I.Joe was scaled down to an 8" toy line called "Super Joe" - it was cancelled after one year.

1991-1995 : Hall of Fame
The 12" G.I.Joes were brought back in 1991, as 12" versions of popular 3 3/4" characters were released. While the new 12" figures were not popular with 3 3/4" collectors, they sold well enough to 12" collectors that Hasbro began releasing new military-themed 12" figures.

 1995 : Sgt Savage
G.I.Joe was scaled up to 4.5" toyline called "Sgt Savage" - it was cancelled after one year.

 1996 : G.I.Joe Extreme
G.I.Joe was scaled up to a 5" toyline called "G.I.Joe Extreme" it was cancelled after one year.
