The Titanium Transformers Megatron was released boxed in 2006 as part of the Transformers subset of the Titanium line by Hasbro.
Megatron was able to transform between a robot mode and a tank mode. He came with a 2 part stand.
Of interest to G.I. Joe collectors are the direct references to G.I. Joe, Cobra, and Cobra Commander on the back of the box.
