Find Your Fate - Operation: Death Stone (Reprint)

Ballantine Books published a series of Young Adult books under the "Find Your Fate" logo. The gimmick - by making decisions at certain points of the book, you changed the outcome of the story and you went to a certain page instead of another.

Pictured above is a reprint of number 6 in the series - Operation: Death Stone by Barbara & Scott Siegel. The book is 88 pages in length, its ISBN # is 0-345-32936-8, and it was first published in March of 1986.

The color of the Find Your Fate logo on the front and back cover and spine has changed from light orange to light blue. Also, the price has gone up, from $1.95 to $2.50. Finally, the large G.I.Joe logo on the front cover has changed from the "flat" one to the 3-D shaped one that began appearing regularly with book 7. The mail order form in the back of the book is now current up to book 12, however the series checklist in the front is not updated. The new ISBN # is 0-345-35053-7.
