Pictured is a Special Offers form that was only available to G.I. Joe Mobile Strike Force Club members in 1982. Club members could use the Special Offers form to order an Official G.I. Joe Binocular, Personalized Dog Tag, or a Military Web Belt with a G.I. Joe brass buckle. The offer expired March 31, 1983.
