Pictured above is the cover to the "G.I.Joe Troops. You're Doomed to Defeat!" insert. This was a Cobra-dedicated insert, and included offers for the HISS, Stinger, FANG, ASP, Water Moccasin, Hooded Cobra Commander, Major Bludd, and Cobra Officer. This insert was available in 1986 and 1987 and was also mailed directly to some people.

Offers were valid until September 30, 1987.
