1985 Chicago Bears football sensation William "The Refridgerator" Perry was immortalized as an action figure in 1986. The Fridge was available as a mail-order offer starting in 1986 through 1987.

Pictured above is the sticker attached on the front of specially marked action figures in 1986 and 1987. Any action figure marked with these stickers included a Fridge insert. When someone collected five inserts, they could be sent in for a free Fridge.
