Through G.I.Joe's history, promotional papers were included with action figures in the bubble behind the action figure. In 1993, certain figures came with this mail order offer.

The offer was for a full color 18x24 poster of several "live-action" Joes. The 1993 advertising campaign featured several actors as Duke, Snake Eyes, Gung-Ho, and Scarlett, among others, portraying the characters in various commercials. This poster pictured these characters. The cost for this poster was 2 proofs of purchase and $1 for shipping and handling.
