Pictured above are two individually bagged figures that were produced as prizes starting in 1991. The figure on the left is Python Trooper - the figure on the right is Blizzard.

Most of these prize figures ended up a Chuck E. Cheese restaurants in the U.S. Chuck E. Cheese is a chain of restaurants that featured games that could earn tickets (such as Skeeball). These tickets could be redeemed at the prize booth for prizes.

The figures are bagged and do not include any accessories. The bag included the promotional insert Terror on the Tundra and a G.I.Joe logo was printed on the bag.
