G.I.Joe 3-Pack - JC Penney's Exclusive (Loose)
In 1983, JC Penney's sold special G.I.Joe boxed sets of action figure 3 packs. The boxed set included three of the first series straight-arm G.I.Joe figures, along with filecards. The set was not heavily advertised.
Pictured above are what was included in the set - three action figures individually packaged in plastic bubbles. The figures depicted are Grunt, Flash, and Rock N Roll.
