Description:

Pictured above is a hand-painted prototype of Neo-Viper (2002) as the figure appeared at the 2002 International G.I.Joe Convention in Norfolk, Virginia. While the figure is very close to the produced version, the waist and upper legs are molded slighly different and appear to be modified from the original Neo-Viper (2002) mold that had no o-ring. Also, the rifle pictured is a different color than what was produced.
