Description:

Pictured above is a handpainted prototype of Shipwreck (2002) as the figure appeared at the 2002 International G.I.Joe Convention in Norfolk, Virginia. Note that the facial hair and belts are both darker than the produced version. Also, the figure has the buckles on the gunholster painted. A G.I.Joe logo was on ethe side of the figure's left leg rather than on the front.
