Stalker as the figure appeared at the 2002 G.I.Joe Collector's Convention
in Norfolk, Virginia.
Notable differences include the completely blue chest details, the
completely blue gun on the inside of his right arm, the yellow pants
with different tiger stripes, and the black belt buckle.
