Description:
Pictured above is a prototype version of Sgt.
Slaughter (1989) as the figure appeared in the 1989 yearly insert
catalog. Note that the color pattern is applied slightly different than
that of the production version while the figure is also carrying the
handgun from Hawk (1986).

A similar figure also appeared in a 1989 Hasbro product catalog. However,
note that the dark brown on the hat is used less and the dark brown
on the knees extends up further.
