Pictured above is and early version of Sky Mate (1991) as the figure appeared in the 1991 yearly insert catalog. Note that not only does the figure not have a visor, but the figure also does not appear to have the pegs for one.

Pictured above is a packaging mock-up for the air commandos. Note that the subset was then called "Airfighters." While the carded figure is Sky Creeper (1991), the code name indicated is Skymate with the specialty "Glide Trooper."

Also note that the accessories included are from Captain Grid-Iron (1990) and Countdown (1989).
