Dr. Mindbender

Description:
Pictured above is a preproduction Dr.
Mindbender (1993) that appeared in a Hasbro product catalog. The
cuffs of the sleeves are yellow and some additional areas of the shirt
are purple. Strangely, neither this preproduction figure nor the final
product had the characteristic Dr. Mindbender mustache curls painted,
although they were a part of the figure's sculpt.
