Description:
Pictured above is the G.I. Joe Vortex XS-2, a vehicle that was to be
released in 1995 as part of the G.I.Joe Battle Corps Rangers. It featured
a spring-loaded disc launcher but was cancelled when G.I.Joe was cancelled
in 1994.
