Test Shot Prototypes - Street Fighter 2

After molds were created and/or assembled, they would be used to press out a run of "First shots" or "Test shots". These test shots were done in many different colors and lacked a date stamp until the production run began.

Pictured above are the Test Shots for six figures from the 1993 Street Fighter 2 subset - Ken Masters, M. Bison, Ryu, Guile, Blanka, and Chun-Li. The prototypes are molded in several colors and the figures are unpainted.
