In January of 2007, First 4 Figures released the G.I.Joe Transformers: Optimus Prime vs Storm Shadow Statue, standing 7.5 inches tall. This statue was limited to 250 pieces in the USA and was a Action Figure Xpress Exclusive. Another 250 pieces were available in the UK at Play.com. The statue comes disassembled in five pieces (Storm Shadow, Optimus Prime, base and two swords).

The statue is based on the cover for Image Comics / Devil's Due G.I.Joe vs the Transformers #5, with art by Mike Miller. The statue was sculpted by Siamak Roshani and Joel Chen.
