Concept Art: Arctic Assault Team

Pictured above is a hand-illustrated box art mock-up for the proposed Arctic Commandos sub-set that was proposed for 1995. This subset would've featured repaints of older toys in all-new, arctic and cold-weather teams and vehicles.

Note that the box is actually a box, with flaps. The art was drawn on the front - presumably so that the box could be assembled and shown what it would look like as a boxed product. The figure depicted appear to be a repaint of Sub-Zero (1990) and Beach-Head (1993). The vehicles appear to be repaints of the Mudbuster jeep and the Locust helicopter.

Also, note that some of the text on the box is copied directly from the box for the 1993 Dino Hunters set - particularly the text identifying the figures (Low-Light and Ambush) and the misplaced "Sand Blaster shoots" tag.
