Description:
The Locust was released boxed as part of the new line, Built To Rule in 2003. Built To Rule blocks are similar to Lego blocks and are used to build the vehicle for the figure to ride in. The Locust can be built into two different vehicles, a helicopter and a swamp buggy. Built To Rule also follows the SpyTroops story line which is he story line for the 2003.
Figure Information:
Hollow Point came with the Locust and had no accessories. The body was
an original mold and was later reused to make Built to Rule Heavy Duty.
Also of note is that the forearms and the calves sport places that you
can attached blocks to.
Some versions of Hollow Point have a green torso that matches the waist
and legs (above, left) while others have a blue torso that matches the
blue coloring of the arms (above, right).
