Description:
The Rising Tide was released boxed as part of the Built To Rule line in 2004. Built To Rule blocks are similar to Lego blocks and are used to build the vehicle for the figure to ride in. The Rising Tide can be built into two different vehicles, an attack boat and a jet glider. Built To Rule still follows the SpyTroops story line, bringing that into 2004.
Figure Information:
Barrel Roll came with the Rising Tide and had no accessories. The body was modified from Barrel Roll (2003). Also of note is that the forearms and the calves sport places that you can attached blocks to.
