	Short Summary The Ishmali ambassador to Britain is the target for a COBRA kidnap plot that could not only discredit Britain but also lose the nation a vital oil supplier. Flint plans to prevent the ambassador's abduction - despite Trent's warnings that ACTION FORCE, still officially grounded in Europe, mustn't get involved.

Long Summary An agent name Latimer is killed by COBRA agents, but as he falls he points to a picture in a newspaper. In ACTION FORCE's London HQ, Trent is angry at Flint, but Flint wants to see the information Latimer brought in. Trent shows Flint a picture of Ismali's first ambassador to the U.K., Ahmed Hassan. Apparently, COBRA is going to kidnap Hassan to discredit the west and gain control of Ishmali's oil. Trent warns Flint that ACTION FORCE must not get involved. Two days later at Jefferson Military Base, ACTION FORCE is involved. Lady Jaye had been disguised as a crew member on the plane. As ACTION FORCE watches the group with Hassan aboard leaving, COBRA attacks! COBRA captures Hassan, but at a different location, Lady Jaye delivers Hassan safely to the Embassy. It turns out that COBRA has captured Shipwreck disguised as Hassan!
