Long Summary The escaped COBRA Eel runs across a gang of punks in the streets of London. The Eel defeats the thugs and steals portions of their clothes and attempts to board a bus. Unfortunately, the thugs had no money in their clothing, and the Eel is forced to flee on foot. Flint and Snake Eyes follow the Eel to the Tastee-Burger. Snake Eyes discovers a Cobra cargo helicopter from the roof with Destro and Cobra Commander aboard. Snake Eyes boards the helicopter, leaving Flint behind.
