Long Summary
Cobra continues to squeeze in on organized crime's territory in Venice. Action Force busts in on one of Cobra's stings, and defeats the group of Crimson Guards.

Lady Jaye is still mad at Flint for not killing Destro, even more now that she has to work with Destro. Destro explains that he needs the Mafia to exist as his company benefits from arms sales to him.

Destro says that the next phase of the attack will involve the final stages of Cobra's takeover of the mafia, and that Cobra Commander himself will be there.
